| Arlington may boast of its many numbers of Vietnamese restaurants, but few equal the proud and elegant Minh’s on Wilson Blvd. Serving a well-chosen selection of authentic dishes, this owner-operated place offers its patrons such rarities as the northern Vietnam classic, cha ca, a platter of sizzling fish served with snipped dill, greens, and noodles. But more familiar dishes, such as the shrimp sour soup with pineapple, taro, and bean sprouts and the plump salad rolls are at the top of the mark here. Your best bet is to make this a regular stopping place on your restaurant circuit. That way you can work your way through the lengthy menu---from the famous shrimp cakes to the sweet and sour tofu---and have the time to select your favorites. |
