Augustine’s David Gibbs and Nick Caballero partnered in Valley Village on Mirabelle Wine Bar. Expect a fairly compelling global selection of wines by the glass, with popular California options alongside some rarer finds from more obscure corners. There’s beer on tap, too. Also available are select cheese and charcuterie and bar bites featuring brandade tartine, ahi tuna crudo, arugula salad and Flannery beef carpaccio.
