Mistral Restaurant Review: The culinary influences that come into play on this menu are too diverse to keep track of, let alone name. The main one is Italian, as evidenced by the pasta section on the menu, but French cuisine makes its way into the mix, inspiring such dishes as grilled rack of lamb and the huckleberry crème brûlée. Thai crab and shrimp spring rolls have been on the menu since the first day the restaurant opened, and are a surefire hit. The restaurant is a favorite of residents of Redwood Shores as well as employees of Oracle just down the way. |
