Mitchell's Fish Market Restaurant Review: Mitchell's Fish Market offers some 80 choices of finny food, all MSC “chain of custody” certified, from farm-raised to wild-caught. The signature preparation is with ginger and scallions alongside sticky rice, spinach and rice wine soy sauce. Other specialties include cedar-planked salmon with balsamic eggplant and goat cheese, and combo platters featuring salmon, shrimp or mahi mahi. A few beef items are offered, too, along with a handful of salads. Monday evenings are oyster nights. Among fun bar drinks is the “Cucumber Collins” made of Hendrick’s Gin, fresh muddled cucumber, ginger and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. There's also a nice selection of wines by the glass or bottle and microbrews.
