| It’s fine dining, the casual way, at this Eaton Collection hot-spot. Understated nautical décor, a conversational buzz, and first-class views of fish preparations make eating here a somewhat theatrical experience. Seafaring diners will enjoy everything from farm-raised Atlantic salmon to yellowfin tuna. Our favorite is the Chesapeake Bay jumbo lump crab cakes, which are briny and sweet. Other specialties include cedar-planked salmon with balsamic eggplant and goat cheese and combo platters featuring salmon, shrimp or mahi mahi. Diners also will find a few beef items on the menu, along with a handful of salads. Portions are generous---almost to a fault, when it comes to desserts. A clever cocktail list enlivens an otherwise blah bar area. |
