Mitsui Restaurant Review

: Mitsui’s Japanese cuisine ranges from classic to the creative and unique. Appetizers include yellowtail with jalapeño and yuzu as well as a creative tuna and salmon “pizza” atop a tortilla with guacamole. Japanese soups and salads are available, too, including Mitsui's new-style sashimi salad --- the sushi bar's most popular seafood served over romaine lettuce, cucumber, avocado and dried tuna flakes. Sushi rolls include the diamond roll with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, avocado and scallops, and the sunrise to sunset roll with salmon and spicy, crunchy tuna. Entrées are served in a variety of styles: teriyaki, tempura and katsu, among others. Hot pots are offered, with udon and ramen options. Staff is very attentive. Lunch specials are reasonably priced.
