THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Molive Restaurant Review:

Located in the posh Whitehall Hotel, this place is loaded with faux this (fur) and faux that (curtains that look like silk, but are not), but there is still a ton of romantic intimacy here. The murals and dark woods, elegant mirrors and table settings add splashes of luxury. All well and good, right? Almost. The food, a blend of California and Mediterranean (more Med than Cal), at times is very pleasing. And at times, so displeasing. Let's boil it down to one word---inconsistent. But nothing can make up for the really bad service we have experienced here. We can only hope that in time service will improve. This is, after all, a classy hotel, so someone must be on top of this.
