Cody Morris’ beers, brewed on site, star at this South Lake Union venue. While they are mostly farmhouse-style and sour, his creativity is never hidden, as evidenced in the sour ginger, pumpkin pie and black botanicals selections. In order to keep up with the inventiveness of the brewery, the kitchen turns out dishes like lingcod with kimchi and clams in a Partytime beer broth.
