Molly's La Casita Restaurant Review: Molly’s La Casita has been the source of some of the city’s tastiest margaritas since the mid-1970s. Start with an appetizer plate of four stuffed bacon-wrapped shrimp and four hot wings. The menu also features the predictable tacos, fajitas (particularly good) and enchiladas, but don't miss the red snapper a la Casita. Dishes come with rich, dark ranchero and mole sauces, creamy cheese sauces and lively salsa verde. Only a few selections are featured on the wine list, all of which are inexpensive and predictable. For dessert, the apple chimichanga (spiced apples wrapped in a pastry shell and lightly fried) doesn’t disappoint.
