Molly's La Casita Restaurant Review: Molly’s La Casita has a loyal group of regulars because not only are the margaritas among the best in town, but the service has a reputation for friendliness, and the happy hour lasts nearly all night (until 8 p.m. on weeknights). Appetizers range from standard Tex-Mex fare to very American dishes, such as bacon-wrapped shrimp and hot wings. The menu features the predictable tacos, fajitas (particularly good) and enchiladas, but don't miss the red snapper a la Casita. Plates come with rich, dark ranchero and mole sauces, creamy cheese sauces and lively salsa verde. Only a few selections are featured on the wine list, all of which are inexpensive and predictable. For dessert, the apple chimichanga (spiced apples wrapped in a pastry shell and lightly fried) doesn’t disappoint.
