Momofuku Milk Bar Restaurant Review

: David Chang could open a Milk Bar and it would be a success. Actually, that’s exactly what he did when he launched Momofuku Milk Bar. Pastry wiz Christina Tosi executes the menu, which is both sweet, savory, and a combination of the two; take, for example the Compost Cookie, which combines pretzels, potato chips, coffee, oats, butterscotch and chocolate chips. Popular menu staples include the Crack Pie (toasted oat crust with a gooey butter filling) and Birthday Cake (rainbow cake crumble, sprinkles and vanilla frosting). If the descriptions don't entice you, seeing these creations surely will. The pork buns that made Momofuku Noodle Bar such a hit also make an appearance. Milk, of course, is on the menu, the favorite being “Cereal Milk” which is first steeped with corn flakes and then strained. Note that no reservations are accepted. Other locations.
