Bouchon owner Mitchell Sjerven has gone into partnership with Scott Schonzeit and Cynthia Miranda on this unique dining destination in the heart of Santa Barbara that’s open for private parties only. The dinner menu is perfect for picky diners---it offers a choice of entrées, sauces and vegetables, and allows patrons to mix-and-match according to their own personal tastes. Appetizers are prepared the same way. Dessert comes in four barely-more-than-bite-sized portions. The wine list is substantial.
