There’s a daily selection of 12 to 15 types of fresh fish, from Florida grouper to cod and swordfish. Sample the fresh catch in the refreshing seafood cocktail, or try the tuna tartare tacos. Or make a hearty meal with oak-wood fire grilled salmon or trout. If you’re not in the mood for fish, choose from a 20-ounce Kansas City strip, Hawaiian-style chicken breast and a veal T-bone among other non-seafood options.
