Morton's The Steakhouse Restaurant Review: Morton's doesn't look like a shopping center restaurant. Ala Moana Center did a remarkable build-out that left the restaurant looking like an exclusive private club --- all mahogany and leather --- in a discreet corner of Hawaii's busiest retail center. Morton's is, of course, the upscale national chain specializing in Prime aged beef. The server wheels up a cart tableside to do a show and tell on the menu. The bone-in Chicago rib-eye is a testament to the power of our primal carnivore selves. Service is always spot-on while the Grand Marnier soufflé is an airy ending to a hearty meal. The wine list is impressive, extensive and mostly expensive. Two daily "Power Hours" are held in the bar area before and after prime dinner hours, where you can find deep discounts on select cocktails, beer and wine along with a selection of bar nibbles. We like the filet mignon sandwiches ($8 for four) and the BLT crab cake bites.
