Morton's The Steakhouse Restaurant Review: Morton's is all about quality steaks, salads and sides with a couple of seafood items thrown in. After a liquid cocktail --- preferably a fine martini --- dive into a tuna tower or lobster cocktail. A chopped spinach salad and a Bibb lettuce salad join the previously signature chopped salad --- all still huge. Meat and potato fans favor the bone-in rib-eye or the strip steak au poivre; a veal chop and double-cut pork chop are available, too. Lyonnaise potatoes are a popular side dish. Other sides, all à la carte, are large enough to share. For dessert, try a rich piece of cheesecake or Morton's hot chocolate cake, a nice cap to a steakhouse dinner. A diverse wine list spans the globe, with choices in a variety of price ranges.
