More importantly, Mr. Baguette turns out one of Southern California’s best bánh mi sandwiches, a classic treat that fuses Vietnamese and French culinary traditions. The sandwich features ham, pork, head cheese, pâté and mayo, with cilantro, pickled carrots and daikon tucked into a very respectable homemade French baguette. A variety of other baguette sandwiches is also offered, along with croissants, boba drinks and smoothies---all at bargain prices. |
