| Mulberry Street may be short on ambience, but it’s a Marin mecca for enormous pizzas on fresh, house-made dough lavish with assorted toppings. The white pie combines a white sauce and cheese with sautéed mushrooms. Eggplant pizza is so rich it’s almost like eggplant Parmesan on a crust. Calzones are sturdy and fat; one will serve three or four. Check out the antipasto-style salad for a lighter meal, and split the large house Caesar for a good vegetable sidekick to any pie. |
