 This cozy, upscale restaurant inside The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, will cost you a pretty penny, but if it’s fresh, seasonal ingredients, swanky comfort food and creative cocktails you seek, look no further. First-rate ingredients drive the cuisine at Muse. Start with the beef tartare served with a quail egg, spicy horseradish aïoli and olive-rosemary crostini. From there, progress to the braised lamb shank or the black truffle gnocchi with a silky Cognac cream sauce. Finish your meal with a Snickers parfait and a glass of port. As expected, Muse's wine list is as topnotch as the service.
