Start your Mexican immersion with mango-glazed chicken wings, nicely tangy and tasty when dipped into a blue cheese sauce; a platter of pueblo corn nachos; or a wild mushroom quesadilla with a balsamic glaze. Pecan honey-crusted chicken breast and yellowfin tuna Veracruz, served grilled with chopped tomatoes, olives and sautéed spinach, are entrée specialties. For those who are less adventurous, basic steaks and soft tacos are also served. The bar scene is lively until the wee hours with singles enjoying the more than 100 different tequilas offered. |
