The lusty menu is loaded with Latin favorites --- flaky empanadas stuffed with smoked chicken or carnitas, shrimp adobado skewers --- as well as innovative options, like ahi and watermelon ceviche with spicy red wine vinaigrette. From grilled skirt steak with salsa criolla to chimichurri-crusted filet and blue nose grouper with tomatillo salsa, twists abound.
