Nage Bistro Restaurant Review: Playing off its reputation as a beachy favorite from Rehoboth, Nage came to DC --- but its arrival created no stir. However, times have changed, folks, and the cooking is dynamic, edgy and unexpected, especially in a small place that is actually a trendy hotel coffee shop. Among the delights: a classic French onion soup and the Nage Burger --- the grind of prime rib is moistened with mushroom duxelles, goat cheese and truffle oil; it’s topped with domestic Gouda and hickory-smoked onions. |
