THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Nectar Restaurant Review:
Two New Yorker friends get together and pick up the slack in the former spot of Sam's at the Bellagio. The new American bistro with a raw bar attached in a setting that blends Flintstones meets Star Trek delivers nothing new, but the service is good and the atmosphere friendly. You can go for a complete dining experience, think chili-rubbed double-cut pork chop served with a green chili tamale, or grilled Colorado lamb chops with macaroni and goat cheese. Or just partake in a few oysters or crab legs, or for a drink from its soon to be famous concoctions from mild to wild to feeling fuzzy. Chef John Schenk's food is even in quality from start to finish but remains at a mediocre level, all this at Vegas prices.
