French-Caribbean, with an emphasis on fish and seafood, the menu here changes every month and a half or so, but certain classics never leave. Whole fish is a specialty here, such as Dover sole beautifully cooked and filleted tableside. For brunch, classic oeufs meurette, a trio of gently poached eggs cooked in red wine and served with toast, is substantial enough to last the day.
