New Paradise Café offers a variety of dishes, some with a bit of an Asian twist, like the duck spring roll appetizer and miso-glazed salmon. The restaurant takes advantage of local specialties; Long Island duck is roasted until crispy and served with walnut wild rice and a raspberry sauce, an inventive play on the classic sweet-and-savory presentation of duck à l'orange.
