Terrific toppings that include feta cheese, fresh basil, artichoke hearts, capers and fresh garlic complement perfectly crisp pizza crusts. You can create your own deep-dish Sicilian version, too. Specialty pizzas include a heart-healthy veggie version and a Greek pizza with black olives, feta, spinach, Roma tomatoes, basil and lots of mozzarella. Appetizers include eggplant rollatini stuffed with herbs and topped with a flavorful tomato sauce. Among the fine pasta dishes is bowtie shrimp marinara with portobello mushrooms and fresh garlic.
