Nick & Sam's Restaurant Review: Yup, that's a grand piano being tickled in the exhibition kitchen at this steakhouse. The bold and elegant, polished interior and the smooth, informed service promise good things to follow. We like to start off with a palate cleansing order of oysters on the half shell before diving into a big steak. Favorite meat entrées are previewed at the table in cold raw form; guests can select their favorite piece. The 22-ounce bone-in Prime aged sirloin, the Colorado lamb chops and the dry-aged long-bone cowboy are popular picks. If you dare, go for the “colossal” baked potato with all the trimmings. If you’re clever you’ll stick with the grilled asparagus and leave room for the chocolate pecan bread pudding or Nick & Sam's signature truffles. |
