Ninja Restaurant Review: Ninja’s sushi chefs have been turning out above-average sushi and sashimi made with quality fish and properly prepared rice for more than two decades. The chefs understand the importance of texture and temperature; the best evidence of this is seen in the baked salmon with snow crab and the selection of tempura dishes. An extra attraction is the dessert of mochi ice cream balls wrapped in rice cake dumplings. Best of all, if you come in wearing a Ninja T-shirt (available in house), dessert is free. To its credit, Ninja offers an extensive vegetarian and gluten-free menu, not always the case at its competitors’ establishments. If Ninja has one weakness, it may be its inconsistent and sometimes inattentive service. |
