Ninja Restaurant Review

: Ninja’s minimalistic dining room décor features lovely Japanese art in a casual, bright setting. For more than two decades, its chefs have been turning out well-executed sushi and sashimi made with quality fish and properly prepared rice. They understand the importance of texture and temperature; the best evidence of this is seen in the baked salmon with snow crab and the selection of tempura dishes. An extra attraction is the dessert of mochi ice cream balls wrapped in rice cake dumplings. Best of all, if you come in wearing a Ninja T-shirt (available in house), dessert is free. To its credit, Ninja offers an extensive vegetarian and gluten-free menu, not always the case at its competitors’ establishments. Service is inconsistent and usually a bit slow.
