Nobu Restaurant Review: Nobu Matsuhisa's dining empire spans from L.A. to New York, London and Cape Town. This branch in the One&Only Cape Town incorporates local South African seafood into the classic Japanese dishes. The space was designed by Adam Tihany and features a contemporary art installation on the ceiling. In addition to a selection of sushi, sashimi and rolls, the menu includes black cod with miso, Wagyu beef, and king crab claw tempura with butter ponzu sauce. The omakase tasting menu is composed of seven courses, including dessert.
