Noodlecat Restaurant Review

: Jonathon Sawyer’s Noodlecat is a fun, interactive, noodle house located near Cleveland’s East 4th District. It boasts a quick-service style and a check-box menu that invites diners to pick their noodle (ramen, udon, rice) and flavor (pork miso, fiery dan dan, crispy beef short rib, spicy charred octopus, coconut curry tonkatsu, college-style), as well as a few add-ons. There are a handful of vegetable side dishes and steam buns. We suggest the house ramen college-style or the Ohio beef burger steam bun. Noodlecat also offers a limited selection of sakés, beers and Crafthouse cocktails.
