| North attracts an eclectic mix of folks, thanks to its chic, comfortable vibe and modern Italian menu that holds no shortage of good choices. Our go-to starter is the golden-fried calamari, tossed with a touch of grilled lemon and served on peppery arugula. Or perhaps you'll enjoy the translucent zucca (zucchini) chips. Pizzas are winners, too, with varieties ranging from a traditional margherita to the prosciutto, fig and goat cheese pie. We also suggest the angel hair pasta served with a scoop of creamy ricotta, or the lovely peasant shrimp with borlotti beans and Swiss chard. There’s always a daily fish special as well. And we can never pass up the panna cotta with fresh, seasonal fruit. As an added bonus, the wine list is eclectic and food-friendly. |
