The setting is reminiscent of a modern brasserie, with stone walls, round lights and wood tables finished with fabric. Try a daily special such as the swordfish carpaccio, thinly sliced and served with botargo, celery and fleur de sel; or the Milanese scallop shaped like an elephant ear.
