Nubé Restaurant Review:

Nestled in the Marignan Champs-Élysées hotel, a luxury property, Nubé boasts a contemporary and cozy setting. Colombia native Juan Arbelaez who helms Plantxa, a gastronomic spot in Boulogne-Billancourt, and who learned his trade with Pierre Gagnaire and Eric Frechon at Le Bristol, is in charge of preparing the courses. Faultless cookings, exotic flavors and artful seasonings bear witness to his indisputable talent. Among notable dishes, treat yourself to the marinated ceviche with leche du tigre (fish broth with coriander, lime, onion and garlic) and the soft-boiled egg with watercress cream, corn and black sausage. Finish off the meal with simple yet tasteful desserts such as strawberry cheesecake, brownie and pineapple meringue. Terse wine list and courteous staff.
