O Steaks & Seafood Restaurant Review:

Expect the familiar clubby, old-school vibe at O Steaks & Seafood, with dark wood, chilly martinis and big red wines. Start with escargots in simple garlic butter or oysters Rockefeller with smoky bacon and creamed spinach. Ahi is blackened and served with a crisp ginger cucumber salad. But steaks are the draw, and all can be "Oscared" with the addition of crab or lobster and asparagus with a blanket of hollandaise. Try the hand-cut Kobe strip or cowboy cut with the traditional sauces. Sides include cheddar grits and corn pudding along with the requisite huge baked potato. On the sea side, citrus and soy glazed salmon is rich and fresh, or try surf ‘n’ turf mac ‘n’ cheese with steak and lobster. Desserts are familiar --- a triple chocolate cake calls out for milk or a Cabernet, while a simple vanilla crème brûlée goes nicely with a small glass of Cognac.
