Oaxen Skargardskrog Restaurant Review

: Only open half the year, chef Magnus Ek cooks up unique Nordic cuisine, featured à la carte and on three fixed menus, including a menu for vegetarians. Try dishes like cinnamon-fried Swedish duck and onion braised in Sotholmens stout, or "Lollo Verte" braised with dill and served with roasted garlic consommé.
