With its mirrors and marble---and its crowds---the 800-seat Ocean Star could double as a casino, and it’s almost as noisy. In fact, this is such an enormous piece of real estate that the waiters often communicate with the kitchen via walkie-talkie. Lunchtime favorites include the seafood with bean-curd hot pot.
