THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Olica Restaurant Review:

Au revoir L'Actuel, au revoir Destinée but bonjour Olica (and bonjour JY's, if you should be so lucky to make it to Colmar in Jean-Yves Schillinger's native Alsace). Slip into the warm and cozy atmosphere created in one of the two spaces, either the lounge or the romantic dining room. For this incarnation Jean-Yves has kept the menu simple and carried over a few favorites. A refreshing cold pea soup with mint, tuna ceviche, seared scallop with porcini and roasted black sea bass with baby bok choy will take you on an inexpensive voyage of gastronomy. And, as one would hope, desserts deliver a sweet and pleasant finishing touch. We'd like to point out their good selection of Champagnes by the glass, Armagnacs and a most colorful offering of home-made (by partner Christophe Lhopitault) vodkas: mint, coffee, green apple, etc. It's a best bargain in the city, especially if you go for the $20.00 lunch.
