The Scottish salmon tostada, for example, incorporates peanuts, herbs and a fish sauce vin. A specialty roll, the “Champagned Lobster,” has a soy wrap, asparagus and a lemon sabayon. Land offerings include chicken tikki masala and a sweet-and-sour dish from China called Kengdo, which comes with a choice of crispy chicken, beef or pork. Seafood options are highlighted with the Malay sambal. Not that hungry? Try the savory ginger soy shishito peppers or perhaps the sesame fries with a ginger wasabi aïoli. Among the aforementioned noodle and rice dishes, we recommend the dan dan noodles. Cocktails are interesting and desserts provide tasty endings.
