This huge 200-seat eatery looks as if it were a sparkling 1930s cafeteria all dolled up with ceramic animals, colored lights and fiery-eyed dragons. Despite the clatter and décor, you can eat very well here, although it is best to know what to order. Some suggestions: steamed pork buns, shrimp dumplings, shrimp balls, and egg custard pastries.
