O'Shucks Bar & Grill Restaurant Review: This restaurant in the Quarry Village complex in Pinebrook-Jeremy Ranch (ten minutes northwest of Park City resort) attracts crowds away from its Main Street predecessor. Boasting a larger space both inside and out and a no-smoking rule, O’Shucks is a hot-spot for everything from garlic burgers and fries to beer and sushi, best enjoyed outdoors on warm summer evenings. Be careful not to fill up on the overflowing goblets of peanuts. Inside, flat panel, satellite TV screens offer the only game in the neighborhood for event-watching. We're not sure why, but take-out orders don't fare well, so we recommend eating in. |
