The Other Place Restaurant Restaurant Review: Sunday mornings in downtown Salt Lake City are deadsville. Luckily for locals and guests, there’s The Other Place for an enormous breakfast, lunch or dinner with a Greek slant. You’d never know from the nondescript, coffee shop interior, but this robust eatery serves up a mean marinated steak and eggs, mezedakia platter of Mediterranean tastes, lamb dishes and pastas. Plus, you get soup or salad, bread and baklava. The omelets (served all day) are made frittata-style and come with a pile of hash browns, toast or fluffy pancakes. Non-breakfast-eaters will love the large Greek salad, burger or hot sandwiches. |
