P.F. Chang's China Bistro Restaurant Review:

This 360-seat, two-story eatery offers a cosmopolitan atmosphere complete with comfortable al fresco dining overlooking the Strip, a lively 21-seat bar and its own entrance on the Strip. A mix of authentic Chinese dishes with distinctive flavors is created in the dynamic exhibition kitchen by chefs who balance the principles of Fan (rice, noodles and dumplings) and T'sai (meat, seafood and vegetables) cuisines. For starters, the chicken lettuce wraps with wok-seared chicken, mushrooms, green onions and water chestnuts served over crispy rice sticks is a winner. Among Chang's signature dishes are Chilean sea bass --- line-caught, tea-marinated filet broiled in sweet ginger-soy, over warm spinach; and Mongolian beef with scallions and garlic. We like the kung pao scallops or shrimp stir-fried with peanuts, chili peppers and scallions. For vegetarians, the ma po tofu --- steamed broccoli and crispy silken tofu tossed in a vegetarian sauce with spicy garlic-red chili sauce --- is a favorite. Save room for the Great Wall of Chocolate, six layers of chocolate cake with semi-sweet chocolate chips with raspberry sauce; and the bite-size banana spring rolls with coconut-pineapple ice cream drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces.
