THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Pacific Coast Grill Restaurant Review:
On a recent visit to Pacific Coast Grill, we were disappointed with the experience overall: the Caesar was soggy, the meatloaf dry, and the service unprofessional. With its hip ambience and lively bar scene, it cries out to be a neighborhood hot-spot but something has gone awry. The atmosphere, with its mosaic tile floor, funky purple ceiling, bone-shaped bar, and engaging artwork, outshines the cuisine. Stick with appetizers like the spicy chicken quesadilla, the miso-braised short rib sliders, or the white truffle house-cut fries. For entrées, the bacon-wrapped filet with horseradish mashed potatoes is a safe bet, and the lobster tacos with roasted corn salsa and black beans still have a following. Dog lovers will appreciate the canine-friendly outdoor patio.
