Pagliacci Pizza Restaurant Review: Pagliacci’s has been dishing up East Coast-style pies since 1979. The local, family-owned chain features pizzas with thin, pliable crusts and a wide range of creative topping combinations, such as goat cheese with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and green peppers on an olive oil base, and balsamic vinaigrette-marinated chicken with artichokes and red onion. The menu is enhanced with seasonal additions including pear with Gorgonzola and rosemary potato.
