Located downtown on Main Street, Pair lies at the heart of the nightlife scene, and is within walking distance to many clubs. Black curtains, black furniture and a white décor make a dramatic contrast and give the space a modern but not overly trendy ambience. The menu of small plates (the concept behind the restaurant is "Eat, Drink, Share") takes its inspiration from Mediterranean, all-American and Asian flavors. Our favorites include the firecracker shrimp served in a spicy sambal sauce on a bed of cool, pickled cabbage, and sweet smoked salmon rangoon served with spicy chili sauce. There’s also a regular dinner menu with steak, salmon and sandwiches. Add the full bar and lounge, and Pair is a terrific place to start an evening.
