In TriBeCa, Paisley offers a menu ranging from laksa, a Southeast Asian soup that’s also popular in India with shrimp, calamari and coconut milk broth, to a duck crêpe with lemon pepper sauce, and Konkan fish curry. The chef is Peter Beck, who ran the kitchens at some of New York’s best-known Indian spots, including Chola, Tamarind and Nirvana.
