The menu offers Mandarin, Cantonese and Szechuan entrées, so dishes range from Fong Wong chicken (chicken breast stuffed with ham, dipped in batter and fried) to steak Kew (chunks sautéed with vegetables, straw mushrooms, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots in an oyster sauce), and orange peel beef (sliced beef with bamboo shoots, mushrooms and water chestnuts in a special sauce, garnished with broccoli and oranges). And since Chinese restaurants are all about choice, if you can’t decide between egg drop soup and wonton soup, no problem --- there's an egg drop and wonton soup. Expect plenty of fish, fowl and meat selections, too. Everything is available for delivery or takeout. Note: Although open during lunch hours on Sunday, dinner prices prevail.
