| Palomino offers an upscale, high-energy setting and a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired menu with appeal for downtown shoppers, movie-goers, and casual business diners. Dishes feature bright flavors, including favorites such as flatbread pizzas---ideal to accompany drinks---and brick oven-roasted bruschettas with toppings such as eggplant caponata and shrimp-avocado. Salads and pastas feature meat and seafood choices. The ample seafood Louie comes with generous amounts of salmon, crab and bay shrimp seasoned with a light Champagne vinaigrette. Wood-fired ovens turn out rotisserie pork loin and roasted chicken. Steaks and prawns arrive hot from the grill and the signature scallops are wrapped in prosciutto, then pan-seared. A second Palomino---also with high energy but less charm---is located in Bellevue. |
