This Spanish spot is owned by Dmitri Chimes of Dmitri’s fame, so you know that the food will be fresh and well prepared. It’s a trendy gathering place for Center City-ites especially, but the noise level of the hard-edged, modern setting, can prohibit conversation. There’s a good supply of tapas, and grilled seafood or fish, but sometimes the salads can be a little oily.
