Papa Lennon's Pizzeria Restaurant Review:

A little restaurant with a lot of soul, Papa Lennon’s fits seamlessly in the rural Ojai Valley community of Meiners Oaks. Proprietor Jeff Lennon grew up nearby, and members of his musical family (descendants of The Lennon Sisters) often perform on the spacious patio. Though it’s billed as an Italian eatery, the eclectic menu meanders the globe: from Greek salad to Thai chicken pizza and a blackened chicken Caesar roll-up, where in a commingling of culinary styles the southern-spiced bird is tossed with Caesar dressing, treated with a dab of garlic aïoli and fresh Parmesan and rolled in thinly-pressed focaccia bread. A roasted vegetable panini is piled high with a colorful medley of seasonal produce, much of which is grown locally; all of the dough, sauces, dressings and desserts are made in-house. A casual gem in a quiet part of the Valley, Papa Lennon’s, with its friendly service and familial vibe, is everything we like in a small-town restaurant.
