Since 1986, this offshoot of the chic Paper Moon in Milan has been serving Italian pastas, pizzas and sandwiches to a trendy, people-watching crowd. The pizzas are the small, thin-crusted variety, and include the simple yet popular pizza margherita made with fresh mozzarella and the pizza Valtellina topped with sliced bresaola. Regulars rave about the pastas, especially the homemade ravioli served with choice of sauce. The dessert menu features a light tiramisu, assorted gelati, pastries and cakes. Paper Moon Express (54 E. 59th St., 212-688-5500) does delivery and take-out.
