Paragary’s pioneered the use of a wood-fired pizza oven in the area, and the thin-crust gourmet pies it produces are still the best in town. The rest of the menu is always fresh, expressive and creative like the handcut rosemary noodles with seared chicken and pancetta or the lemony mushroom salad. While the food stays consistently good, Paragary’s keeps re-inventing itself: it’s a modern day fern bar, a slick go-go ’80s place, a sleek California café, and then a glamorous luxe-life dinner house.
